Team motivation - 5 reasons to simply say thank you!

As an entrepreneur, manager or team leader, it is your job to achieve set goals successfully and on time. And of course you know that you can't do this without a reliable team. Without the motivation and cohesion of your team, you will repeatedly come up against limits and resistance that will jeopardize your joint success.

One of the most important, and basically easiest, ways to motivate employees is to simply say thank you - both to individual colleagues and to the whole team. From my own management experience, I know that the systematic - but never inflationary - use of the magic word „thank you“ triggers great motivation in the team - a real booster, especially in difficult times.

And best of all: thanking your team costs nothing - except perhaps a little effort.
