Cobi was developed by me personally and trained with my own knowledge to answer your questions and provide input. Cobi has been in the first public test phase on this site since the beginning of May 2025.
It is aimed at both returning customers and potential prospects. Typically, these are people with extensive management responsibility in medium-sized and large companies.
Cobi has two tasks:
- Offering initial support on all questions relating to leadership, management and career in a complex business world
- Invite people to take an interest in high-quality and individual coaching sessions
Although a lot of work has already gone into Cobi, it is still a long way from being a perfect chatbot. I would therefore like to invite you to try out Cobi and - if you like - give me feedback below. Thank you very much!

How was Cobi developed?
The first idea for Cobi was born at the end of 2023, a completely individually trained chatbot that combines the linguistic capabilities of an LLM (Large Language Model such as ChatGPT or Claude) with Christoph's proprietary knowledge and language style, while at the same time being technically feasible and easy to implement.
Over the course of 2024, Christoph and his freelancer Claudia tried out several chatbot solutions until finally the Toronto, Canada-based chatbot developer Chatbase has emerged as a favorite. All of the training material is stored on Chatbase's servers and this is also where the automated response to your entries takes place.
The creation of training materials began in the second half of 2024 (see next question „What was Cobi trained with?“).
The alpha version was set up in Q1/2025 and put through its paces by Claudia and Christoph. The beta version has been tested since May 2025, initially on this website by a small group of people who have already worked with Christoph in one form or another.
The next beta phase of Cobi is expected to be made publicly available on Christoph's entire website from June.
What has Cobi been trained with?
Cobi's training is based on several elements that have been built up over time.
The first element was a very detailed description of personas representing Christoph's four target groups. This was followed by a precise analysis of Christoph's tonality, i.e. speaking and writing style.
The main part of the training then began, building up the actual knowledge of Cobi. The first step was to develop questions and corresponding answers that Cobi users could have on the website. As of May 2025, there are around 500 questions and answers. In addition, there are selected blog articles and video transcripts by Christoph, as well as numerous worksheets or workbooks developed by him.
A brand voice guide was then developed for Cobi, i.e. specifications for the linguistic tonality including criteria for recognizing the target groups. This was then supplemented by a guideline for a target group-oriented conversation process and a set of behavioral guidelines.
Are further developments planned?
The Cobi training materials are expected to be supplemented with specific content (e.g. certain factual topics or fine-tuning of language skills) for at least the whole of 2025.
In mid-May 2025, Christoph launched the next phase of the development of human-centered AI solutions. These solutions build on Cobi's knowledge, but go much deeper in certain areas and also represent a new level of technical development.
The first of these solutions is Nova, a female AI avatar that is specially trained to prepare and conduct difficult conversations. The special feature: Nova has a real face and responds with a „real“ voice. Nova is expected to be in public beta testing from the beginning of September 2025.
The Cobi family is nominated for the Big Bang Innovation Award, which will be awarded in Berlin in September 2025.
How is data protection ensured?
Your dialog with Cobi takes place in a protected environment. All entries are read exclusively by an automated system and responses are generated automatically. Your entries will not be published and will not be passed on to third parties.
Cobi does not store any IPs or other personal data and only uses your details to understand your input and formulate suitable answers.
The technical platform for Cobi is provided by Chatbase, a chatbot developer based in Toronto, Canada. All of the training material is stored on Chatbase's servers, which is also where the automated response to your input takes place. The underlying LLM is provided by OpenAI. Christoph has concluded a license agreement with both companies that excludes your input from the training of AI models. Christoph has concluded an order data processing agreement with both companies in accordance with the GDPR (Data Processing Addendum DPA).
