How we work together
From a self-contained individual session to a project-accompanying consulting package, many variants are possible.
Management coaching involves working specifically on improving individual skills. The coach also serves as a sparring partner and reflects on their own skills, strengths and potential for improvement.
You can work in different scenarios: Off-site (i.e. away from everyday office life in a ‚protected space‘), on-the-job (i.e. in your conference room or accompanied by shadowing, for example) or also ‚online‘ (i.e. online consultations via Teams, Zoom or similar).
