About Christoph Kopp

Christoph is an internationally experienced management coach and personal consultant for entrepreneurs and executives.

For over 15 years, his focus has been on developing entrepreneurial leadership strengths and repositioning in situations of professional or personal upheaval.

He also has extensive experience in facilitating strategic group workshops (in particular future or organizational strategies) and in supporting numerous start-ups by individuals and teams.

He has already been invited as a speaker several times, for example at the Munich Business School, the Federal Association of German Bookbinders, the German Logistics Association and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria.

Together with friends and colleagues, Christoph has initiated several networks, such as business-turnaround.de (turnaround consulting for companies in crisis), Sportnetz (career coaching for professional athletes) and the Munich Management Lounge (discussion platform under the auspices of the Munich Chamber of Industry and Commerce). He is the moderator of HR Stammtisch München, Munich's largest regional LinkedIn group for HR professionals.

Before becoming an independent consultant and coach, he worked for Applied Materials, the world's largest manufacturer of semiconductor production equipment and a leading Fortune 500 company, where he was responsible for the realization of cross-company strategic partnerships and merger projects.

During his fifteen years in Silicon Valley companies, he has held various senior management positions, including Head of European Supply Chain Operations at Applied Materials and overall responsibility for the European aftermarket business at Lam Research, the market-leading manufacturer of plasma etch equipment for semiconductor manufacturing.

After studying business administration at the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie (VWA) in Munich, he took part in various executive leadership training courses in France, Germany and the United States. He trained as a business coach with Dr. Evelyn Kroschel-Lobodda, lecturer in psychology at the LMU Munich, with certification from the Grundig Academy Nuremberg.

He supplemented his broad knowledge with participation in further training and workshops with Dr. Timothy Clark (Masterclass Business Model You), Bernhard Langwald (Profession and Vocation), Tiago Forte (Building A Second Brain, Productivity & Digitalization), Dr. Pero Micic (Future Management) and Thomas Baschab (Mental Training), among others.

Born and raised in South America, Christoph Kopp also studied and worked in the United States, Italy and Germany. He was also often involved in global projects, which took him to Asian countries such as Japan, Singapore and Taiwan in particular - for him, globalization with all its facets is a lived personal experience.
