I really liked the workshop, especially the good structure, the time management, the flexibility to deviate from the agenda for important topics, the tools used and the presentations of the respective results from the exercises. The mixture of listening, individual work and collaboration in groups was very well balanced. In my view, we „got closer“ as a management group and discussed very important topics for our collaboration.
You as moderator/coach/speaker were very competent, professional and pleasant. You intervened in the right places or stayed in the background and led the group to a great result. You created an atmosphere in which everyone felt comfortable and involved all participants. You did a great job.

The probationary period is now over and I am very satisfied! I've encountered completely different structures here than I was used to at the Group ... I'm often "surprised" by certain approaches, but I enjoy going to work every day because I can make a difference! And above all - usually the way I want to! Here I can get involved and turn chaos into order - I'm good at that and it's fun!
My colleagues are nice and I get on really well with my boss (10 years younger) because he values my experience and "lets me do it". All in all, I'm really really happy and sometimes I can't believe I've been so lucky 🙂
Thank you once again for our coaching last year - it was tough thinking for me at times 😉 - but in the end I thought about a lot of things and every now and then I read over the notes and have to smile about all the things I was pondering ....

Over the years, I have participated in many workshops, many, many. The workshop with you was by far the best I have ever experienced. The way you got all the participants, without exception, moving during the two days was really impressive.

I learned a lot on online Executive Presence , dealing with head hunters, talking to companies during interviews, expanded my networking , higher confidence and all other intangible benefits.

I'm really enjoying my new job. My learning curve is extremely steep again, which is due to the fact that I have been torn out of my patterns of thinking and acting. After many years of what felt like stagnation, I finally feel like I'm developing quickly again!
