The application photo is still a must

The application photo is still an absolute „must“ for most companies, even if companies are no longer allowed to stipulate it.

Your picture is the first thing the recruiter looks at when they open your application. Regardless of whether they, as professionals, try to avoid making hasty judgments, they will most likely decide, at least subconsciously, in a split second whether you appear authentic and competent, fit into the team - simply come across as likeable.

But what should your convincing photography look like?

The most important thing is to be self-confident, not to hide behind modesty. Trust yourself, be positive and smile. This makes you look dynamic and full of energy and gives you that aura of genuine likeability.
