Prior to his self-employment as a consultant and coach, he was entrusted with the realization of cross-company strategic partnerships and merger projects at Applied Materials, the world’s largest manufacturer of semiconductor production equipment and a leading “Fortune 500” company.

During his fifteen years in the industry, he has held various senior management positions, including Head of European Supply Chain Operations for Applied Materials and overall responsibility for the European spares and consumables business of Lam Research, the market leading manufacturer of plasma etch equipment for semiconductor production.

After studying economics and business administration at the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie (VWA) Munich, he participated in various executive leadership trainings in France, Germany and the United States.

Christoph was trained and licensed as a Business Coach by Dr. Evelyn Kroschel-Lobodda, lecturer in psychology at the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich, with license by Grundig Academy Nuremberg.

He supplemented his broad knowledge with participation in masterclasses such as Tiago Forte’s Building a Second Brain, Dr. Tim Clark’s Business Model You (Christoph is certified Business Model You Practitioner), Bernhard Langwald (Profession and Vocation).

Additionally he participated in numerous workshops as with Dr. Pero Micic (Future Management), Thomas Baschab (Mental Training), Hermann Scherer (Public Speaking) and others.

Born and raised in South America, Christoph Kopp also studied and worked in the United States, Italy and Germany. He was also often involved in worldwide projects, which led him especially to Asian countries such as Japan, Singapore and Taiwan – globalization with all its facets is a lived personal experience for him.

Experience that is very valuable for companies and executives who are adapting to expanded market requirements and greater networking opportunities, and who have high demands on themselves and their employees.
